Architecture-First.
Revenue-Focused.
NetRVA exists because growing businesses deserve engineering-grade operational infrastructure — not duct-taped tools, not consultant slide decks, not SaaS subscriptions that solve 20% of the problem.
01 Our Point of View
The operating thesis.
Most businesses between $1M and $20M share the same structural problem: the systems that got them to this point weren't designed for this point.
They run on a mix of manual processes, disconnected SaaS tools, spreadsheets, and tribal knowledge. It works — until growth makes it break. Revenue goes up but margin doesn't. Headcount grows faster than output. Leadership can't get answers from their own data.
02 Our Approach
How we work.
Architecture Before Code
We design the system before we build it. Schema, workflow logic, integration points, edge cases. You approve the blueprint. Then we execute.
Outcome Over Output
We don't measure success in features shipped or hours billed. We measure it in cycle time reduced, revenue recovered, and margin expanded.
Embedded, Not Advisory
We don't hand you a strategy document and walk away. We build the system, deploy it inside your operation, and make sure it delivers the measured outcome.
03 Leadership
The founder.
Michael Foutz built NetRVA on a simple thesis: businesses don't need more tools — they need better architecture.
With a background spanning database design, cloud infrastructure, AI integration, and custom software development, Michael operates as a fractional CTO for businesses that need systems thinking, not just software. He architects revenue workflows, designs data infrastructure, and deploys AI where it creates measurable operational leverage.
Every engagement starts the same way: understand the revenue model, map the operational friction, design the system that eliminates it, and measure the outcome.
04 Our Clients
Who this is for.
We work with a specific kind of business. Not startups searching for product-market fit. Not enterprises with internal engineering teams. The businesses in between — $1M to $20M+ in revenue — that have real operational complexity but no one engineering the systems underneath.
05 Clear Boundaries
What we don't do.
Deliberate exclusions. Saying no to this work is what keeps the engineering sharp.
We don't build marketing websites
We don't do break/fix IT support
We don't sell SaaS subscriptions
We don't write strategy decks without building what's in them
We don't take engagements where the ROI math doesn't work
06 Next Step
The right engagement starts with the right conversation.
30 minutes. No pitch deck. We assess your operational landscape and determine whether there's a system worth engineering. If there isn't, we'll tell you.
